I have the same version of Vista as you, and I also have SP1 installed. I can confirm that, on my system, there have been no Windows Updates since April 18th until today (April 23rd). Both of these updates were definition updates for Windows Defender, KB915597, viz 1.31.8982.0 and 1.31.9142.0 respectively. Both updates did, incidentally, install automatically with no intervention on my behalf.
