I checked out the information you sent me and it doesn't apply to the issue I was talking about. I fixed the problems from sleep mode, so my computer shuts down and starts up and also sleeps just fine. It is the ip problem. The dhcp client in the even viewer that says it can't find the ip and will issue a temp one everytime I wake the computer from sleep or shut down to fix something? I can always get on the internet and it really doesn't take that long, but I also heard the windows vista has a problem with that. I noticed there was a patch listed for this on microsoft website, but I am worried about downloading this and messing other things up. I just think that once I try to work with this baby wireless I will have more problems than I know with the ip recognition and stuff. I don't know much about it yet but I am learning.
