Hi Montie,
Sorry that FolderShare is crashing on you. In order to help with the
problem please these steps:
1) In Windows Vista, click Start, click in the Start Search box, type
appwiz.cpl, and then press ENTER.
2) In the list of installed programs, uninstall FolderShare (if there's more
than one version of FolderShare remove them all).
3) Delete everything under: %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\FolderShare
4) Restart your computer
5) Install the latest FolderShare version (14.0.1331.0415)
6) Sign in to FolderShare
7) When the error comes up please take a screenshot of it and save it
5) Email the FolderShare logs AND image of the error to: fjgarciaa (at)
hotmail (dot) com
The FolderShare logs are located at:
%USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\FolderShare\logs
Thanks,
Francisco
