From what source did you receive these updates? Microsoft generally releases updates on the 2nd Tuesday in the month (AKA Patch Tuesday), the last being Tues 9/4/08 and the next being Tues 13/5/08. Unless something urgently needs fixing, Microsoft waits until then before releasing patches. The only updates that it releases in the interim period are those for Windows Defender (WD), KB915597. On my system, there have been 5 definition updates for WD, but there have been no other updates. As far as I am aware, there is no difference between the 32-bit version (which I run) and the 64-bit version as regards the issuing of updates, but if anyone who uses a 64-bit system can clarify this it would be helpful. Also, what updates have been released for the 64-bit version since 9/4/08, and on what date. I am not interested in the optional updates, just the important and recommended ones. In particular, were any reported for Sun 20/4/08 through Tues 22/4/08.
