I decided not to whipe the computer. As for other aswers to your solutions. I did try repair and that did no good.

So, what I did was make another Admin acount, save my desktop filesto a folder on C drive. Delete my original profile. Then went into the program area and started to clean house on programs I don't use anymore. Freed up some HD space. Also with free space got some better speed out of it. But just deleting the old user profile, it made it run faster after reboot. Maybe something was corrupted. Not sure at this point. But thanks or all the help.
