Send me an email, Rich and identify yourself as Rich T from the newsgroup and
tell me what country you are in.
sboots@xxxxxx - use "OneCare" somewhere in the subject line to pass my spam
filtering and I'll hook you up.
Yes, the unfortunate thing is that the subscription, by default, when paid by
credit card is auto-renewed and the *only* way to cancel is to contact support -
not a easy task as you noticed. :-(
