Your points are all well taken Stephan, especially the comments regarding
the website, folder structure, and sync numbers.
I was speaking only towards the outages. My guess is that the scale of the
product has increased significantly since Microsoft has taken over.
However, If I were using a syncing product for business purposes I would
definitely move to one of the paid services. There are surely enough out
there. None are free, but being a paid customer will give you more right to
be upset when things don't work the way they should...
