you should contact the Windows Live Support Team about this issue. They will
ask you specific questions concerning your contacts and personal settings in
order to verify that it is truely your account that you would like to regain
control of. After having verified this, they will probably reset your
password so that you can log in to the Windows Live Account Settings to
change it to whatever you like. But you will have to be patient as their
response time is not always the fastest. Just use the following support
