I think DVD Flick should be in the list, I use it all the time and at the same time ImgBurn.

DVD Flick is a programme to convert movies to be able to watch them on a dvd player and ImgBurn is the programme it uses to burn the converted files
They both work very well on Vista 64bit (in 32bit compatibility)
