Vista Forums - View Single Post - Browsers don't connect, Messenger can't sign in...

i have a big problem. It has made me reformat 4 times now. Here's the problem:
I bought new components and installed Vista Business 64bit, and everything worked fine, but then all of a sudden my browsers stop connecting (IE7 says "waiting for reply from www.google.com"), MSN messenger and Xfire can't sign in, none of my programs can update (including Windows Update), also, uTorrent can seed, but cannot update trackers. Oh, and i can ping any IP or site i want. Also, immediatly after Windows starts, i get a couple of seconds of everything working (Messenger and Xfire sign in, browser works,..., so it seems like whatever is causing my problem has to load itself and it doesn't do it while Windows is booting. One more thing, if i go into Safe Mode with networking, my connection works fine.
Please help if you can.
