All of the above are started, except when I checked the properties all buttons are grayed out you cannot restart, start, or stopped it. It just say started. And my BITS says stopped, though start button is enabled when i click on it i get an error code 2 message. tried bitsadmin /reset no go. BITS ver. 3.0 Tried Regsvr32 it's dll's still no go comes up with an error message. I just don't know what to do next. |
