I do not use anything to track the registry changes. I have most of the common areas to look at memorized. When I do need help tracking, I use the
Defense + feature in the free COMODO Firewall Pro. It lets you know exactly where anything does something at the first time it is ran.
A good tracker program to use in Vista though is the free
Process Monitor.
