Hi

First thing to always do to remedy a problem like this is to uninstall and then reinstall the device. Doing this in Safe Mode is sometimes better but you can do it in regular Windows first to see if it works.
Enter Device Mgr and the properties for this device, then if it has the option to "Uninstall" the device on th driver tab still, use that first.
Power down the machine and physically unplug this device from your computer. Reboot into Windows without the unit hooked up, this will allow windows to register that the device is no longer installed. Power down and hook the device back up, reboot and allow Windows to detect it and install it once more.
This will fix this type of problem 99% of the time.
