Hi Hopeless,
Welcome to Vista Forums.
Since Ultimate is a higher edition then Premium, you should be able to run the Vista installation from within your Vista Home Premium and run the Upgrade option to Ultimate. As always, make backups of anything you do not want to lose to be safe.
