Re: Problem with Internal Microphone (it isn't working) Yes, I did contact them and I was directed towards a support page that had possible solutions and step-by-step instructions on how to solve it. However, I had been to that page beforehand and did exactly everything it said more than once, several times, and still it did not help. I told the person that I was talking to that I had already been there, and their response was "Well, I suggest you try it again." So, that was absolutely no help!
I did, however, get an external microphone yesterday and I've tried it out and it works perfectly fine. So, at least I have that now.
