Hi Fiesler,

A really good wireless router would be the WRT54GL since they are cheap ($50 US), easy to use and have software comparable to commercial access points.

Once you update it with Firmware like DD-WRT it adds heaps of features worth thousands of dollars...It even lets you increase the wireless output voltage for better signal quality.
