It's almost certainly junk mail on a physhing trip - I got one from Well
Fargo the other day. I don't bank with them either, don't think they even
have any branches down under.
Where is the email message - ie which mail account, which folder?
Are you the administrator of your system, if not call the admin guy ?
Do you know where WLM is storing your mail, if not look in
WLM->Tools->Options->Advanced->Maintenance->StoreFolder (last item is a
button), there you will find the path to the WLM Mail Store.
Move all the other email in the folder containing the rogue email to another
folder - eg a storage folder called "safety", shut down WLM.
Use Windows Explorer to navigate to your WLM Mail Store and find the folder
in which the rogue mail is located, there should be one .eml file in the
folder, it'll have a number as its name. Open it with Notepad or some other
dumb text editor - don't open by double clicking - in notepad you should see
reference to wells fargo, exit notepad (dont save) and delete the file.
Start WLM and the rogue should be gone, move the items we squirrelled away
in "safety" back to where they were and carry on
Suggest you run full scans across your entire system with your Virus, Adware
and Spyware scanners - you do have such things I hope.
And make sure your backup procedures includes your WLM Mail Store, they may
not because the storage paradigm is quite different to outlook.
