Not sure if this works in Vista, I know it works in XP Pro so give this a shot.
Right click on the "Start" button, then select explore, then there should be an address bar at the top saying "C:\Documents.....". If you don't see the address bar try clicking on view then toolbars and selecting the address bar. Once you get that address bar up, goto
Firefox web browser | Faster, more secure, & customizable in that address bar, download that browser and install it. It is very similar to IE but to some like myself is tons better. "Sorry I am not a IE fan"
Firefox is free and is a fully functional browser.
