preface: I am not a network admin, but as I understand it Windows Firewall,
sucks the big one. Find a third party solution. nVidia motherboards with
network adapters usually have built in hardware Firewall stuff on the mobo.
Installing the latest nForce drivers should give you access to their
firewall settings. I used it for a while on an older system and it was
perfect for blocking IPs on the fly.
