Hi billfish,

Printer driver issue.
Regedit, go to:
HKLM\SYSTEM\ControlSet001\Control\Print\Environments\Windows NT x86\Drivers\Version -3
Remove all Printers From Here then start the printer spooler and reinstall the printer drivers, normally Vista will reinstall them automatically.
