My son has a laptop with only one user account, which is the administrator account. It has vista home premium 32bit installed. He is unable to access his laptop and gets the message “User profile service failed the login”
I am presuming that his administrator account has corrupted. Has anyone any idea how we can solve this problem.

The User Profile Service failed the logon. User profile cannot be loaded.
