When you say 'bigger than before', is it just the font size or is it
a different font? WLMail installs the Segoe UI font family to use
for the program interface (Folder pane, Message list, Toolbar texts
etc). If it can't use Segoe UI (because the font is damaged or
missing), it should fall back on Arial, which 'looks' bigger. You
should be able to tell whether it's Arial or Segoe UI by comparing
some of the letter shapes, like a little 'e' or 'g' whose tails are
more or less horizontal in Segoe but curled up in Arial.
If you're seeing Arial and not Segoe UI, you may have to reinstall
the font. This should happen if you close down WLMail, move the four
Segoe UI files from your Windows\Fonts folder to somewhere else and
then use Add or Remove Programs to repair your WLMail installation
(Select Change and then Repair).
If you're seeing Segoe UI at a larger size, your screen DPI may have
changed. Right-click on the Desktop, select Properties > Settings.
Check that your screen is operating at its native resolution, then
click Advanced. Is the DPI setting Normal (96 dpi)?
None of the Windows display appearance settings seems to affect font
faces or sizes in the Folder pane etc.
