Re: System32 Problem: Will not reboot and won't enter safemode

Run the recovery disk as a boot disk and all should be fine. Go into your bios and tell it to boot from cd as the first boot priority.
If this fails run it from dos. If you only have one harddrive then it will be on the d: drive.
In dos type in;

D:
DIR

There should be something there that looks like a recovery or autorun program, just type in the name not forgetting the extension, (recovery.exe).
If you have anyother probs let us know but that should be the end of your probs.
