| When in safe mode I tried to create a new user account, change the current user account, system restore, everytime I tried to do something it asked for password from Admin Account, when the password is entered it gives the message, which is the same when trying to do anything in normal mode 'logon failure: the user has not been granted the requested logon type at this computer'
I aslo did cmd, right click, run as administrator, and it asked for the password and gave the same message.

Sorry, that's not what I meant. I meant to ask: what did you see on the screen FIRST thing when you were in safe mode. Were you asked to logon like you would be in normal mode ?
