OK, what changes are offered to you? First thing you want is a password that the system will recognize ( don't know what happened to your first one. I can't figure that out, yet). Once it is accepted, then change that account to admin account. Are you allowed to do all that ? Remember no password when you are prompted, just either click OK, or hit ENTER key. Man!
