I can see from the screenshot you have a fairly old graphics driver (forceware 158.18) Nvidia are now upto Driver version 175.16 and release new ones monthly.

Download Vista_32bit driver from here: GeForce Release 175

Download Vista_64bit driver from here: GeForce Release 175
