Are you still having issue? if so, could you try following steps on your
father's machine?
Note: make sure you sign in on your computer and FolderShare is online
1. Sign in with the same email account that you've invited to your library
2. Click FolderShare systray icon
Do you see the library that you shared with your father? it should show
up.
3. Click the library
which opens web browser and go to
www.foldershare.com website
4. From the website, choose a folder you want to sync with the library you
shared.
Here you want to choose the folder that was used before you uninstall
previous ver FolderShare client or you could use a new folder.
5. Choose either Automatic or On-demand synchronization
6. Finish
7. Click FolderShare systray icon
8. Click Activity
Do you see any activity to show files are syncing from your machine?
I hope above steps would fix your problem.
