What is your sound device?
You can look by opening the Control Panel (Classic View) and click on Device Manager. In Device Manager, expand the Sound, video and game controllers listing by clicking on the + sign to see the sound device under it.
Realtek is usually the one if it is integrated. It has true 64 bit drivers.
