Hi Jo,

When FolderShare encounters the same file, on separate computers, with
different edits it will automatically make a copy of the edits and
downloaded the latest versions on each computer. This normally occurs if
you edit the file on an online computer A and then make different edits to
the same file on an offline computer B. Instead of removing your changes
the files are renamed.

The best way to prevent this is to make sure you don't have the same file
opened on a different computer and before making any edits to the file
ensure that you have the latest version.
