Bob, I'm having the same problem. When I go to regedit
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System]
I don't have the option of "ConsentPromptBehaviorAdmin from "2" to "0"."
Only default shows up and no value is set. Should I just click on that and
make the value 0?
