"ConsentPromptBehaviorAdmin". If you don't have that value you need to add
it. Changing the data of the value named Default will not work and in fact
could prove to be harmful.

You will definitely need to add "ConsentPromptBehaviorAdmin". The tutorial link has full instructions on how to do this and a download to make it even easier to do if you wanted to use it instead.
