Hi Andy,

You mentioned that you have a Router. Make sure that you are using UPnP
is checked or Enabled.

Universal Plug and Play (UPnP) supports peer-to-peer Plug and Play
functionality for network devices.

For a D-Link Router, it is located in Advanced and Advanced Network.



In Services, make sure that Universal Plug and Play Device Host's
Startup Type is set to Automatic.
