I have two problems trying to view images in e-mail offline.

The first is with my POP3 (Yahoo!) and HTTP (WL Hotmail) accounts. It seems
unless I click on a message once and view it in say the preview pane while
working online, it won't display any images when I try to view the e-mail
offline. I have all my messages from the establishment of the accounts
available in WLM, but most of them are from before I started using WLM.
Therefore, I have never previewed hardly any of them in WLM, only through the
websites. This is annoying because I would like to sometimes view a past
e-mail when offline, but not know in advance, while online, which one. So
how do I get around opening every e-mail I have online just so the images
will be ready for me offline? Also, will the images still stay downloaded on
my computer after a restart of my computer or only for that session?

The second problem is trying to even view images offline with my IMAP
(Google) account. As opposed to the above POP3 and HTTP accounts, when I
click on an e-mail and view it online it will not make the images available
for viewing later offline. But, like above I don't wish to to that either
just to view an e-mail with images offline. In WLM, there appears to be a
column "mark for offline". However, it doesn't seem that straightforward to
use. What should happen with images for IMAP and what should I do?
