Hmm, 'twould seem to be an AD issue then, you might want to recheck the
group policies. They may have a different affect in Vista than they do in
Win2K/XP.
Just another thought...as it initially opens, then closes right off, one
would think the user account has appropriate permissions, therefore it may
not be an AD problem, rather this could be symptomatic of a virus or other
malware on the system.
