Re: After reinstalling Vista, cannot use Backup wizard to restore files
Hello Friends, I have the same problem. I re-installed Vista Ultimate after it crashed and won't reboot. I got the same error message colorstruck got, and at first I thought maybe the drivers for the WD My Book HDD where the backups reside wasn't installed. So I went to my computer and looked all the six HDD in the system were showing that would mean that vista did install the Drivers. So what gives, why can't I restore my files from the backup? |
