This isn't a hardware issue, so I'm not sure why you posted in this
newsgroup. However, uninstall Java and reinstall it. Get the latest version
from Sun's website here:
http://java.sun.com/javase/downloads/index.jsp
You want the Java Runtime Environment (JRE) 6 Update 6 in the middle of the
page.
If that doesn't work, contact the webmaster for that site and ask them about
it. Perhaps their chat software doesn't work with Vista.
