Do you make sure the right-click is the first thing you do after opening
the contacts window?
Are you sure you're using the Windows Mail program, not the different
program with a similar name, Windows Live Mail?
Vista comes with one newsgroup server already connected, labelled
Microsoft Communities. I forget the details of how to get started in
it, though.
