For those who have the same problem I found a solution on another
websight. Its editing the Registry so always back it up before you edit
it. The quote goes as.
You can get it started by changing this entry in the registry:
Navigate to:
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\
Services\Schedule]
Change
"Start"=dword:00000004 (Disabled)
To
"Start"=dword:00000002 (Automatic)
I tried this with mine and it fixed my problem, even got to make a
restore point.
