ahk. yep my internet explorer won't open although my internet connection is fine.
and it's only on my main account and not on my guest account.
i used AVG antivirus.. the free version.. to get rid of the viruses. which i think came from limewire when i downloaded some songs and i didn't have any protection because my previous norton inernet security had expired. when i realised, i deleted everything to do with limewire and got AVG. im thinking maybe i accidently deleted those files but I'm not sure how i could have done that.
those 2 error messages only started coming up a few days ago and I hadn't really fiddled with anything just before they started coming up. and my internet explorer was working.. but really badly (as in sites were taking ages to load, whereas if i used the internet explorer on my guest account everything was working fine and sites loaded normally) until yesterday it just stopped opening at all.
im so confused and really annoyed cos i havent had this computer for very long but its all stuffed up now. and i blame limewire!.. altho i have no idea what i've done.
anyways hoping you or someone else might know how to figure this out
