Re: Lost all folders

If the entire folder list is missing, click on View, then Layout. If there
is no check mark in the box before Folder List, click on this box, then
Apply. Click on OK.

If the toolbar containing Tools is missing from the main window of Windows
Mail, press the Alt key.
