I was unfortunate to have the same problem and as you have done searched everywhere for a solution. In desperation I decided to uninstall NORTON INTERNET SECURITY PROTECTION from my Laptop with the NORTON REMOVAL TOOL and low and behold before the removal was complete all my problems were solved, hope this helps |
