What you are experiencing is actually quite normal. You are not
allowed to use a port 25 SMTP server that is on a different network
than the network providing your Internet connection. For more on

While traveling, it is best to use webmail for sending.
The only other option is to get a Gmail account, because the Gmail
SMTP server uses port 465, which is not blocked.
