Re: Anti virus softwear

I am sure you mean you have 1gig RAM and your hard drive is probably
at least 20 to 30 Gigs unless with Vista preinstalled, then your hard
drive would be much larger at about at least 80 Gigs. The RAM Memory
is as a cache memory for start up priograms and processiing to make
the computer system faster. Your "160m" is probably 1600 Megahertz.
The greater the megahertz the more finite the electric sifnal itself
which in turn produces the least chance of lost information over the
internet. Megahertz count is the actual cycles per second in AC
(alternating current, not DC direct current - batteries) -- so to make
the point a house lamp bulb is like 60 hertz and the naked eye can
almost see it flicker. Compare that to 1600 megahertz and there you
are.

NOD32 has continually been rated as one of the world's best along
with :
Kaspersky, Symantec, Trend Micro, couple others or in other words you
are in the top 5 ruffly. Spybot S&D mentioned in answers on the other
hand has continually been rated as one of the world's worst products
for malware detection and protection being consistently in the bottom
5 -- as some rave over it and Advanced Users as myself still do not
know why ( I am webmaster of bluecollarpc.net - non commercial).
