For some reason many of us don't understand, the WLM Team chose to hide the
Menu Bar by default! :>(
To see it momentarily, just press the <Alt> key. To turn it on and keep it
on, find the little icon near the right end of your Toolbar - the one just
to the left of the "?" Help button. Click that and be sure there is a check
in front of Show all menus.
Then you should see the familiar choices of File, Edit, View...
