The triangle is to the right of the current folder type in the new window
that opens when you click Customize This Folder. The Contacts you
should then click is on the list that appears after you click the triangle,
not the one in the toolbar of the contacts window. Apply will be grayed
out and sometimes hard to see until you click the right Contacts. OK
should be visible, though.
