Reading the notes at
www.mailenable.com, they specifically mention
Outlook Express and Outlook 2002. It sounds like they hacked the
Microsoft WebDAV protocol.
WLM does NOT support WebDAV, it supports DeltaSynch. Although OE and
WLM both have HTTP protocols for Hotmail, they are different protocols.
So unless
www.mailenable.com updates their software to support
DeltaSynch, you won't be able to WLM with their HTTP support.
Currently, Hotmail supports both WebDAV and DeltaSynch. At some point
they will drop support for WebDAV. That had been announced for June
30th, but Microsoft has back peddled and delayed that indefinitely. But
I expect the issue will rear up again.
Hotmail changes for DAV
