I had the same flickering problem with my monitor (Dell 8300 with XP) with a NVIDIA GeForce Fx520 graphics card. I called Dell Tech Support and they advised to replace the graphics card. However, I read the tip from CB to download the latest drivers for the NVIDIA GeForce graphics card from the manufacturer's web site and the problem is now resolved. Thanks a bunch for your tip CB !! You saved me $75 by not having to purchase a new graphics card as recommended by the Dell Tech Support!! |
