Well, that's the exact same thing that I thought as well. The 9800 is great. It has no problem on running any other games at their highest settings. I'm guessing it's a problem within the game itself and its compatibility on Vista x64. Unless anyone else has any other guesses, I'm going to reduce the resolution and see how it runs at High settings.
