Ahem! Did you even notice that in all those examples, "Restart" is never shown or mentioned as an Option?
Maybe it's not even an option on some computers, with some versions of Vista.
I would take everything out of that context menu except "Restart" and/or "Shutdown", if I could just find it.
Again my question, "Where the heck is that context menu", in the Registry or some .dll?
