No one has posted a How To for adding buttons to the Command Bar. In the mean time you can work around this by getting to know the new toolbars.
Here are some ways to use and customize Windows Explorer:
Display the MenuBar:
click Organize | Layout | select Menu Bar
Navigate using shortcut keys:
alt+up arrow = up one level
alt+left arrow = back
alt+right arrow = forward
ctrl+X = cut files(s)
ctrl+C = copy file(s)
ctrl+V = paste file(s)
